Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats 

  • 2 cups Water 

  • 1 Tbsp Goji Berries 

  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds 

  • 5 g Toasted Coconut Flakes

  •  1 Scoop Vanilla/Chocolate Life Health Whey Protein/ vegan 

Preparation

In a microwavable bowl combine oats and 1.5 cups of water, then microwave for 2.5 - 3 minutes and stir when complete. 

Add the whey protein with water (or milk) until desired consistency is reached. 


Top with goji berries, chia seed and toasted coconuts.
