Delivering a double dose of nourishment and enjoyment, these bars are not only a delightful indulgence but also a powerhouse of nutrients, designed to fuel your body and support your protein goals.
200g sugar free peanut butter
70g honey/ date syrup
60g coconut flour
1 scoop @lifehealthsa whey protein/ collagen/ vegan protein
100g dark chocolate
Cocoa nibs/ gold dust (optional)
Combine in a mixing bowl peanut butter, honey/syrup, coconut flour and protein powder
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Slightly wet hands & taking small handful of mixture, mould them into egg shaped domes or little bars. Pop into the fridge for 10mins
Melt the chocolate and carefully dip the protein bars into chocolate. Place back onto your baking tray and refrigerate until chocolate has set.
Keep in fridge until they are ready to serve.
